Private Residence

This private residence in the heart of Veronetta, a colorful historic neighborhood in the Verona downtown area first involved a general building restructuring in 1994 and a more specific one in 1997, maintaining the original roof beams and stone walls. The building, dating back from the very late 1700’s to the early 1800’s is the site for the design of a duplex attic apartment with an end to end mezzanine level, original tophus stone staircase and natural light filtering from above. The interior design of this private family residence underwent gradual modifications until reaching a more definitive state in 2006. The project was published in the magazine Casa Luce, Italy - september 2007.
